This policy explains what happens to information when you visit ccdsglobal.com. It covers this website only — not the CCDS platform or any product delivered under a separate agreement.
This is an informational website with no accounts or sign-in. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and marketing, so that we can understand how the site is used and measure whether our campaigns are working. We do not sell your personal information.
Server logs. Like almost every web server, ours records a short technical entry for each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested and the response status, your browser's user-agent string, and the referring page when your browser sends one. These exist to keep the site running and secure — diagnosing errors and identifying abuse such as automated scanning.
Analytics and marketing data. Where you have consented, the tools listed below collect information about how you use the site: pages viewed, time on page, how you arrived, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser characteristics. Some of this is tied to a cookie or identifier that recognises your browser on return visits.
We use the following third-party tools on this website:
These tools set cookies in your browser. None of them are necessary for the site to function, so in regions where prior consent is required we load them only after you have agreed. You can withdraw consent at any time through our cookie settings, or by clearing and blocking cookies in your browser.
We use it to understand how visitors find and use our website, to improve our content and the services we offer, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and to respond to enquiries. In short: to run our business better and to make sure what we publish is actually useful to the people reading it.
We do not use it to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics, advertising and other non-essential cookies; on our legitimate interests in keeping the site secure and operational for server logs; and on legitimate interests or steps taken at your request for handling enquiries you send us.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the providers named above, who act as our processors or, in some cases, as independent controllers under their own privacy policies — Google, Microsoft, HubSpot and LinkedIn each publish their own. Some of these providers are based in the United States, which may mean your data is transferred outside your country; those transfers rely on the safeguards each provider has in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Note that under some US state privacy laws, sharing data with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioural advertising may be treated as a “sale” or “share” even where no money changes hands. If you are covered by those laws, you can opt out using the contact details below.
If you email us, we hold your message and contact details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Enquiries and the contact records that come out of them are managed in HubSpot, our customer relationship system. We use them to reply to you and to keep track of our conversation — not to build a marketing profile you did not ask for.
The site runs on infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean, which processes server logs on our behalf. Our pages link out to our LinkedIn company page; if you follow that link, LinkedIn's own privacy policy governs what happens there.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy of it, to object to how we use it, or to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You can withdraw cookie consent at any time through our cookie settings, or by clearing and blocking cookies in your browser. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google's browser add-on, and adjust advertising preferences directly with Google and LinkedIn.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
