Three ways to start
You do not have to commit to a platform to find out whether it helps. Each step below stands on its own, and each one leaves you with something useful even if you go no further.
Executive session — about 60 minutes
Not a feature tour. We start with your environment: where decisions are hardest, what consumes your team’s time, and where information fragments between tools. We then walk one real scenario end to end — a phishing compromise, say — and show how signals become context, how context becomes a prioritised decision, and how the reasoning behind each recommendation can be inspected.
You should leave seeing your own security posture slightly differently than when you arrived. If you don’t, the session has failed its purpose.
Cybersecurity assessment
A structured review of your current posture — what you are exposed to, where coverage overlaps or gaps, and which decisions are being made with incomplete context. It produces a baseline you can use regardless of what you decide about CCDS.
Two-week pilot in your own environment
Rather than asking for a purchasing decision, we would rather demonstrate measurable value against your real data. A pilot runs for two weeks in your environment and ends with a short executive report covering:
- Baseline assessment — where your posture stood at the start
- Decisions and action items CCDS surfaced and prioritised
- Business value summary — what changed, in terms that matter outside the SOC
- Executive recommendations
- A roadmap for what sensible adoption would look like
If at the end you conclude CCDS has not improved decision quality, you will still have gained a clear, evidenced picture of your cybersecurity posture. That outcome has value on its own.
What we will ask you
Expect questions before answers. How would you describe your security programme today? What is your single greatest challenge? Which decisions are currently the hardest to make with confidence? Where does information become fragmented between teams or tools?
The answers shape everything that follows. A demonstration that ignores them is just a slideshow.
Who should be in the room
These sessions work best with the people who own the outcome as well as the operation — typically a CISO or security lead, someone from the SOC or IT operations, and where compliance obligations are in play, whoever carries them. Technical depth is available on request; it is not the default mode.
